We appreciate the trust you place in us and recognize that in the course of our work we will have access to significant personal information about you and members of your family. The confidentiality of this information is paramount in our relationship and the following outlines how we are committed to protecting your privacy.
Our Privacy Policy
Over the course of our relationship we will collect non-public personal information about you from the information you provide us, from the ongoing management of your assets, and from other advisors we may contact on your behalf.
We do not sell such information to third parties and we will never disclose any such information to anyone without your explicit permission. We have internal policies and procedures in place to protect non-public personal information about our clients.
Our Sources of Information

- Tax returns and the coordination of tax affairs with your accountant.
- Insurance coverage, their types, ownership, cash values and administration.
- Retirement plans including your vested balances, payout terms, beneficiaries, etc.
- Estate documents such as wills, trusts and powers of attorney.

Protecting Your Personal Information
Your trust in us is the most important aspect of our work. Building and protecting this trust is fundamental to the success of our work with you, other family members and future generations. We have policies and procedures that give direction to new employees regarding how to protect your information. Periodic meetings reinforce the importance of confidentiality. We also maintain physical and electronic safeguards to protect your information. Such safeguards include a firewall to prevent outside parties from accessing our computer files, a daily off-site back-up of all computer files and the shredding of all used documents.
Additionally, we will notify you immediately if we see warning signs of attempts of identity theft including suspicious documents or emails that appear altered or forged, request address changes, or request third party fund transfers.
