OUR PROCESS

PREPARE FOR YOUR FIRST MEETING
Our first step is about getting to know you. Before we meet, we’ll ask you to complete a Initial Consult Questionnaire designed to help us understand your money story—your past experiences, current situation, and future goals. We’ll also ask for key FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS such as investment statements, tax returns, and estate planning documents. This information helps us prepare thoughtfully and make the most of our time together.

THE FIRST MEETING
Your first meeting (typically 60–90 minutes) is preferably in-person at our office. If meeting in-person is not possible, we offer Zoom meetings for our clients living out-of-area or with challenging schedules. During this meeting, you’ll meet with one of our financial advisors to discuss your values, priorities, and goals—and explore how we can best support you.
We’ll review your current financial picture, talk through your risk tolerance and investment preferences, and begin outlining a personalized strategy. You’ll also learn about our services, philosophy, and what it’s like to work with us.
By the end of the meeting, we’ll both have a clear sense of whether we’re a good fit and what the next steps look like—whether that’s moving forward with a detailed plan or taking time to reflect on our discussion.

CREATE YOUR PLAN
If we decide to move forward together, our team will design a financial plan tailored to your specific situation and goals. Each plan is customized to include only the areas that matter most to you—such as investments, budgeting and cash flow, insurance, retirement, tax or estate strategies, education funding, or charitable giving.
Some clients benefit from a comprehensive, full-scope plan, while others prefer a more focused approach addressing just one or two key priorities. For households with less than $250,000 in investable assets, comprehensive financial planning services are available for an additional fee. This allows us to offer the same level of thoughtful guidance and expertise while tailoring the scope and cost of our services to fit your needs.

IMPLEMENT THE PLAN
Once your plan is finalized, we’ll prepare all necessary paperwork to open accounts and facilitate transfers. Our experienced staff will guide you through each step to ensure a smooth setup. We’ll also confirm preferences such as online access, banking instructions, and third-party authorizations (e.g., spouse, CPA, attorney).
After your accounts are established, we’ll schedule your first Client Review Meeting to monitor progress and refine your strategy as needed.

AN ONGOING PARTNERSHIP
Our work together doesn’t stop once your plan is implemented. We’ll meet regularly—typically twice per year—to review your progress, update your plan, and make adjustments as your life and goals evolve. Between meetings, we’re available by phone or email whenever questions arise.
Our mission is to be your trusted partner, helping you stay confident and informed every step of the way on your financial journey.
