In October 2017, Lisa joined the Financial Council team as an Administrative Assistant. Her enthusiasm for ensuring client happiness made her a perfect fit for her current role as Director of Client Experience. In addition to a myriad of daily tasks, Lisa is responsible for answering phones, greeting clients, scheduling appointments, gifting, and innovating new ways to delight the FC community.
Working in administrative positions for most of her life has allowed her to flourish at Financial Council from the very first day she was hired. She has enjoyed the diversity of her role and thrives on helping clients and co-workers alike.
Lisa resides in Towson along with her daughter and beloved rescue pups, Rosie and Evie. Her passion for helping others extends beyond the office, and she recently volunteered as a dog foster parent, which she hopes to do again in the very near future! She enjoys exploring the Chesapeake by boat in the warmer months, traveling as often as she can and spending quality time with family and friends.
