Alycia joined the Financial Council team in November 2023 as an Administrative Assistant and has since been named Operations Manager. In this role, Alycia oversees the day-to-day operational functions that ensure our business runs smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with strategic goals. She works across departments to streamline workflows and improve processes all while maintaining a strong focus on compliance, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
In addition to operational leadership, Alycia manages our IT and technology infrastructure, ensuring that our systems are secure, reliable, and optimized for performance. This includes overseeing system upgrades, troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating with external IT providers, and implementing digital solutions that support data integrity and regulatory compliance. This role bridges the gap between business operations and technology, enabling smarter decision-making and scalable growth.
Alycia is a graduate of Towson University where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology & Anthropology. Prior to joining Financial Council, Alycia held several positions at The Greater Baltimore Medical Center where she worked as a Data Analyst, Clinical Research Associate, and Administrative Coordinator.
Alycia and her husband recently welcomed a baby boy and are excited to watch him grow and learn alongside his sisters. Outside of the office, the whole family enjoys camping and playing with their beloved dog.
