Gretchen Meyer is a dedicated advocate for helping clients take charge of their financial futures. As founder of Pachira Wealth Management, she delivers clarity, expertise, and personalized guidance to every client relationship. Empowering individuals, but especially women, to pursue their financial goals with confidence and intention is Gretchen’s passion. At the heart of Pachira’s approach is a belief in education, partnership, and personalized guidance that meets each client where they are and supports where they want to go.

A sought-after speaker for female audiences large and small, Gretchen is committed to changing the narrative around women and wealth, inspiring her clients and audiences to pursue financial freedom on their own terms.

Prior to launching her own firm more than a decade ago, Gretchen held a leadership role at the National Football League. She holds a Master's in Communications from Villanova University, an MBA from Columbia Business School, and earned her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP®) designation through Texas A&M.

Gretchen is active in her community, serving as an advisory member of the Women's Business Council at the Capital Region Chamber. She is also a member of the Women Presidents Organization and Entrepreneurs' Organization. When she’s not working with clients or speaking at events, you’ll find her traveling, wine tasting, or enjoying time with her husband, Chris, and their dog, Boomer.
