Gali Sherman is a Wealth Advisor, Founder and President of NaviGuide Wealth Partners, Inc. with nearly 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Specializing in wealth management, personal financial planning, retirement planning, investing, estate planning, and life insurance, he strives to create cohesive strategies and simplify his clients’ lives.
As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, Gali is always acting as a fiduciary, obligated to act in the client’s best interest while delivering full transparency throughout the relationship.
Gali firmly believes that the decisions people make today will affect their results in the future. Working closely with his clients, he aims to empower them to take control of their financial affairs and start working toward their goals. Through this hands-on, proactive process, he enjoys the opportunity he has to witness his clients’ success as they seek to build wealth and retire on their terms. With the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification, insurance licenses, and Master of Business Administration, he has extensive experience and knowledge regarding financial planning and insurance for individuals, families, and businesses.
Born in Israel and raised in the San Fernando Valley, Gali currently resides in Agoura Hills with his wife and three children. Passionate about his community and giving back, he is an active member of several non-profit organizations. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time outdoors, whether he is in the forest at their cabin near Lake Arrowhead, cultivating his fruit trees, playing with his dogs, or shooting hoops.

Holly Allin
Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer of NaviGuide Wealth Partners, Inc., Holly Alling leverages decades of experience and deep operational expertise to ensure the firm operates with efficiency, precision, and excellence. She plays a critical role in driving the firm’s day-to-day operations and long-term organizational effectiveness.
Holly serves as a reliable resource for both clients and colleagues, overseeing operational systems and designing and implementing firm-wide procedures that support consistency, scalability, and best practices. She works closely with the advisory team to advance the firm’s mission of helping clients pursue financial independence, while also cultivating strong, enduring client relationships. Known for her collaborative leadership style, Holly fosters a culture of growth, accountability, and continuous improvement-creating an environment where both clients and team members can thrive.
Outside of the office, Holly enjoys an active lifestyle and spending time outdoors with family and friends. Whether hiking in the local mountains, cycling, paddle boarding, or the gym, she values opportunities to stay active and connected to nature.

As Senior Client Service Specialist, I work closely with our team to build trusted relationships, provide timely support, and help clients navigate their financial needs with confidence.
With nearly a decade of experience in wealth management, I bring a strong foundation in client service and relationship building. My background has shaped a proactive, detail-oriented approach, allowing me to anticipate client needs, resolve issues efficiently, and support our team in delivering a consistently high level of service.

Eddie Khachikian
Client Service Specialist
Born and raised in Los Angeles to an Armenian family, Eddie joined NaviGuide Wealth Partners to bring his finance background to a team that values long-term client relationships. His focus is on supporting the Naviguide team and the families we serve while preparing for the Series 65 examination. His goal is to transition to an Associate Financial Advisor in the near future so he can continue building meaningful client relationships, understanding individual goals, and guiding clients toward confident, well-informed decisions.
Eddie earned his MBA from the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School in 2025, concentrating in finance and entrepreneurship. During the program, he served as a research assistant for an accounting professor and contributed to an investment analysis project presented to Bryant & Stibel, work that sharpened his abilities in financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence. Earlier in his career, he worked at Chase Bank, which provided early exposure to client relationships and the broader financial services industry.
When he’s not at the office, you will likely find Eddie building a custom computer or on the basketball court.”

Ori Sherman
Client Services
Currently a business student at California State University Channel Islands (CSUCI), Ori has always been driven by a passion for business and management. With a deep interest in helping others secure their financial future, Ori combines academic knowledge with a natural aptitude for strategic thinking. Growing up playing sports and spending time at the beach surfing, Ori understands the importance of discipline, focus, and adaptability. His organizational skills are critical for ensuring clients are taken care of. His interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills are a perfect combination to tackle any obstacles that may arise.

Jim Worden, CFA®, CMT®, CAIA®
Chief Investment Officer
With more than 22 years of professional investment experience, Jim has experience as an advisor, in building and overseeing multiple advisory platforms, and in managing two mutual funds.
Jim has built fundamental, risk-based, and quantitative investment strategies using mutual funds, ETFs, and equities as well as those focused on alternatives or technical analysis. He has built models emphasizing active management, passive management, a blended Core-Satellite approach, and single or multi-factor approaches.
More recently, Jim helped oversee the portfolio management, analysis, and due diligence for $4 billion of managed assets at Allworth Financial.
Jim holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and the Chartered Market Technician designation. He also is a full member of the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Association®. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in International Business Management from Brigham Young University –Hawaii with Mandarin as the foreign language. Prior to college, Jim served a two-year mission for his church in the Philippines. He speaks fluent Tagalog.
Jim loves nature, reading, writing, hiking, good movies, and going to the lake, river, or beach with his family and dogs.

Rosemary Richard
Chief Compliance Officer
Rosemary Richard brings over 25 years of compliance experience in senior-level roles. She has worked at large multinational firms such as Citibank/Smith Barney, AXA Equitable, and MONY throughout her career. She most recently served as the CCO for Titus Wealth Management and the CCO for The Financial Services Network. Rosemary holds the Series 7 and 24 licenses with LPL Financial and is a cum laude graduate of Northeastern University with a B.A. in Political Science.
Rosemary enjoys hiking and sailing, lives in Northern California, is involved in her church, and served on a non-profit board focused on breast cancer.
Talley Leger
Chief Market Strategist
Talley is the Chief Market Strategist of The Wealth Consulting Group (WCG). In this role, he is responsible for formulating and communicating his views on the economic and investment landscapes, with a focus on stocks. Mr. Léger approaches markets from a thematic, holistic perspective.
Talley was recently inducted to Marquis’ Who’s Who as an honored listee and has over 25 years of experience in financial services. Prior to WCG, he was a Managing Director and the Senior Equity Strategist at Raymond James and the Senior Equity Strategist at Invesco. Mr. Léger was also the founder of Macro Vision Research and held other prominent strategist roles at Barclays Capital, ISI, Merrill Lynch, RBC Capital Markets, and Brown Brothers Harriman.
Mr. Léger is an author of the book, “From Bear to Bull With ETFs,” a four-star Amazon Best Seller.* He has been a guest columnist for The Big Picture and Data Watch on Bloomberg Brief Economics, as well as a contributing author on Seeking Alpha. Talley has been quoted widely in Associated Press, Barron’s, Bloomberg, Business Week, Dow Jones Newswires, Financial Times, MarketWatch, Morningstar Magazine, The New York Times, and The Wall Street Journal. Michelle Cooley
Compliance Specialist
Michelle D. Cooley is a native of New York City, NY and currently resides in both Fort Worth, Texas and Temecula, California. She has been in the financial services industry for 20+ years in various roles such as Compliance and Operations. Her previous Compliance roles were at LPL Financial, CUNA Mutual Group and First Allied Securites.
During her spare time, Michelle works with the non-profit organization The JC Cooley Foundation (Options and Opportunities/The Choice Program) whose mission is to provide today’s youth and young adults on Dreaming Big, Thinking Big, and Being Big in everything they do in life. She is also an author, and the Co-Host/Executive Producer of The James Cooley Show…It’s Your Life LIVE on e360tv, radio, and podcasts.
Michelle has a Bachelor’s of Business Administration Degree in Marketing Management from Baruch College in New York City, and holds an MBA in Marketing from Concordia University Nebraska, and an Executive Masters Certificate in Organizational Leadership & Management for Non-Profits from the University of Notre Dame. She has been married to Dr. James (JC) Cooley for almost 15 years. She spends most of her spare time with her family, friends, and her dog Bella. Her hobbies include walking and working out at the gym. Her vision is to give back to others and making a difference in other people’s lives who may be less fortunate.
Erika Ferris
Director, Retirement Plans / Financial Planning
With over 25 years of experience in the investment industry, Erika brings a wealth of expertise to the Wealth Consulting Group. Specializing in qualified retirement plan design, recordkeeping, and plan consulting for employers, she is well-versed in a variety of retirement plans, including qualified and non-qualified plans, SIMPLEs, and IRAs. Erika’s advisory experience has provided her with deep insight into the fiduciary responsibilities of retirement plans and the critical importance of delivering effective employee education.
As a Certified Financial Planner® professional, Erika understands how vital company retirement plans are in both attracting and retaining top talent. She recognizes these plans as a crucial element of an employee's long-term financial success. Erika's extensive financial planning background also includes working with high-net-worth individuals to create comprehensive financial plans tailored to their specific needs.
Erika holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Montana State University in Bozeman. A lifelong Montanan, she grew up on her family’s ranch on the eastern plains and remains deeply connected to her roots. While she enjoys exploring new places, Erika most often spends time with her daughter, embracing all the outdoor activities that their “backyard” has to offer.
Brandon Danziger
Director of Finance
Brandon Danziger, hailing from New Jersey, ventured to California Lutheran University to pursue his passion for business administration. There, he completed his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and later returned for his MBA in Finance, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Alongside his academic accomplishments, Brandon showcased his athletic talent as a member of the men's basketball team, earning recognition for Outstanding Academic Achievement from NABC.
Driven by a desire for global exposure, Brandon embarked on a transformative semester in Hong Kong, immersing himself in the study of international finance. His entrepreneurial spirit flourished during this time, as he emerged as a finalist in the prestigious Big5 Gymnasium entrepreneurial innovation competition.
Outside of his academic and professional pursuits, Brandon finds joy in exploring the world through travel and indulging in his passions for basketball, pickleball, and golf. With a solid educational foundation, remarkable athletic achievements, and a thirst for new experiences, Brandon Danziger is poised to make a lasting impact in the business world while cherishing his love for sports and exploration.
Caitlin Allard
Director, ARC
Caitlin brings over 17 years of experience in corporate and personal financial planning. Prior to joining WCG, she developed detailed comprehensive financial plans for high-net-worth clients at small RIAs. She began her career working as a financial analyst for an international non-profit as well as mid-sized corporations focusing on budgeting and analysis.
Caitlin is a Certified Financial Planner® and Enrolled Agent and holds the Series 65 license. She graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.A. in Economics and holds a M.A. in International Commerce and Policy from George Mason University.
Caitlin lives in the Middle Peninsula region of Virginia with her husband and two dogs. She enjoys running, watching and playing sports, and is involved in two local non-profit organizations.
Jason Lin
Director, Trading & Research
Jason is the Director of Trading and Research, bringing a strong foundation in economics, finance, and strategic analysis to his role. Born and raised in Pasadena, California, he earned his degree in Economics and Sociology from the University of California, Irvine.
Jason’s introduction to the world of finance came during high school when a neighbor who worked at a hedge fund shared insights into the industry. That early exposure sparked his passion for markets and the financial industry.
Outside of work, Jason prioritizes his family, friends, and keeping up with Los Angeles sports teams.
Raymond Bell
Advanced Insurance Consultant
With over 20 years of industry experience, Ray is a well-respected specialist in advanced underwriting, large case design and negotiation.
Before joining the Wealth Consulting Group, Ray was an internal wholesaler at Sun Life and most recently Senior Sales Consultant at LPL. His wide-ranging experience includes corporate impaired risk underwriting, sales, marketing, product design and operations.
In his free time Ray enjoys cooking, pairing fine wines, mountain biking and attending classic car shows.
Ryan Wiener
Wealth Planning Coordinator, ARC
Ryan grew up in a Marine Corps family, moving frequently during his childhood, but proudly calls San Diego home. He recently graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a minor in Financial Planning and Wealth Management. With a strong foundation in financial principles and a passion for strategic planning, Ryan is eager to build a career helping individuals and organizations reach their financial goals.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Ryan enjoys staying active and is a dedicated Philadelphia sports fan. He has a particular love for soccer and follows Manchester United closely. In his free time, Ryan can often be found on the golf course or pickleball court, and he enjoys traveling whenever possible to explore new places and cultures.
William Tangog
Research Associate & Trading Assistant
William Tangog joined The Wealth Consulting Group in 2022 and serves as a Research Associate and Trading Assistant. In his role, he supports the Trading Director and Chief Investment Officer by maintaining investment models, updating systems and spreadsheets, and delivering analytics to advisors through platforms such as Morningstar and Riskalyze.
William earned his Finance degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he was actively involved in student leadership. He served as Director of Philanthropy and Assistant Treasurer for the Financial Management Association and was a member of the First Generation Club, Real Estate Club, and UNLVolunteers.
Outside the office, William enjoys playing competitive basketball, hiking, and spending time with his wife, Rhoda, and their daughter, Taylor.
AJ D’Addio
ARC, Wealth Planning Coordinator
AJ was born and raised in New Jersey but now calls the West Coast home. His home is in Portland, Oregon. He recently graduated from Marist College with a Liberal Arts degree in Political Science.
AJ is a big Star Wars fan, but he could never choose a favorite. He also enjoys playing board games. His favorite being “Watergate”. AJ’s loves food, in particular, he loves pulled pork sandwiches.
