Organizers and Welcome Packet

Organizers are built in your portal. However, we have PDF versions below. If you don't see one that you need,

please let us know and we will be happy to add it there.  Please review our Welcome Message.

*If we are your financial advisor, we will already have related tax documents such as 1099Bs, 1099Rs, and 5498s which will flow directly to your tax returns.

*If you own a business you have several options so that you don't have to fill out the financials on the organizers:

• Invite us as accountant (for Quick Books online users)
• Upload your Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow statements
• If we are your accountant, we will already have access to this data

Please note that we charge a $50 surcharge for any tax packets received after

April 1st (for April 15th deadline) & October 1st (for October 15th "extension" deadline).

In the unfortunate event your account becomes past due and is placed with a collection or attorney,

clients will be responsible for a collection fee equal to 35% of any outstanding balance due.
