Bagby Wealth Management. (“BWM”) is a Missouri registered investment advisor* (RIA) located in Dexter, Missouri. BWM and its representatives are in compliance with the current filing requirements imposed by Missouri upon registered investment advisors. It is also in compliance with the requirements of other states in which BWM maintains clients. BWM may only transact business in those states in which it is registered, or qualifies for an exemption or exclusion from registration requirements.

Our Affiliated Broker Dealer: Bagby Financial Services

We are pleased to announce that as of September 14, 2015 we have added a securities brokerage firm to the Bagby family of companies. Our sister and affiliate company Bagby Financial Services Inc. has served as an insurance agency for years as part of our team. On September 14, 2015, Bagby Financial Services, Inc dba Bagby Financial Services added to its professional activities membership in the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, commonly known as FINRA. This is a self-regulatory organization and membership is required before a firm can service customers as a broker dealer. We are excited about this expansion of our services.

Bagby Financial Services will offer mutual funds and variable annuities to its clients on a commission basis. As with the rare occurrence when a Bagby Wealth Management client might purchase a life insurance policy or fixed annuity with our sister company Bagby Financial Services, now the additional options include purchasing a mutual fund or variable annuity on a commission basis. However when it occurs any conflict of interest will be discussed in order to provide full transparency and discussion of all options with our clients, including making the purchase with another company or agent.
