A graduate of Iowa State University, Kevin began his career in public accounting before joining Independent Brokerage Network, Inc (IBN) in 1986 as the Controller. He earned his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of South Dakota.
During his tenure at IBN, Kevin was responsible for many aspects of the insurance brokerage operation including overseeing commissions, accounting, employee management, and agent support/development. He advanced to Senior Vice-President, Chief Financial Officer, and joint owner of the company. In 1997, he started a securities division where he continues to manage security agents and serves as an Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction (OSJ) with Cetera Advisor Networks, overseeing compliance and supervision for approximately 25 registered representatives primarily throughout the Midwest.
Independent Brokerage Network, Inc merged with Partners Advantage Insurance Services, LLC in 2008, where Kevin served as Senior Vice President of Sales, managing agent and employee operations until founding Partners Advantage Midwest, LLC (PAM) in 2011 as Owner and President.
With over 35 years of experience in the insurance brokerage and financial services marketplace, Kevin has built a reputation for honesty, integrity, and excellence. His deep industry knowledge and strategic leadership have fostered long-lasting relationships with clients, agents, and carriers alike.
