Hi, I’m Terrie. I’ve always been an educator at heart and that mindset still guides how I help people today. After starting out as a young teacher, I became a financial planner for retirees in the Twin Cities I call the “Millionaire Next Door”. They are everyday people who’ve saved well, lived modestly, and now face a new set of questions that keep them up at night:
• How much can I really spend?
• Am I paying more taxes than I need to?
• Will my spouse be okay if something happens to me?
As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ based in St Paul, I help retirees simplify decisions, reduce taxes, and give them the confidence to enjoy the retirement they’ve worked so hard for.
I also love helping retirees give back. Whether that means supporting causes they care about, helping family, or creating a legacy that reflects their values.
At home, my wife Christie and I live in Mendota Heights with our seven kids. I coach youth sports, support the Minneapolis nonprofit ACES, and volunteer as an IRS-Certified Tax Counselor for Retirees in Dakota County. Giving back is a big part of my life and at the heart of my work.
