Frank serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Chicago Oakbrook Financial Group, bringing extensive expertise in compliance supervision and business operations. His leadership ensures both the firm and its clients benefit from his deep industry knowledge and strategic oversight. In addition to his operational responsibilities, Frank leads the firm’s investment research and portfolio management efforts.
With a strong background in entrepreneurship and executive leadership, Frank previously owned and operated a franchise business in the Fox Valley area. He also served as Executive Vice President of a holding company overseeing six diverse subsidiaries. His career in finance began in 1999 as a financial advisor with Chicago Oakbrook Financial Group.
Frank earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Butler University and completed the Investment Management Theory & Practice Program at Yale School of Management. He resides in North Aurora with his family.
