Lorita Grant serves as the Director of Operations at Premier Financial Group, where she oversees the firm's strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations. Her responsibilities include marketing, client experience, staff development, and creating systems that help the firm serve clients with excellence.
Lorita earned a bachelor's degree in Biobehavioral Health from The Pennsylvania State University and later completed dual master's degrees in Social Work and Public Health, with a minor in Management of Human Services, from the University of Michigan. Before joining Premier Financial Group in 2011, she managed clinical cancer research trials at the University of Pennsylvania. Her background in healthcare, research, and leadership gives her a unique perspective on helping the firm grow while keeping clients at the center of everything it does.
With a social worker's heart, Lorita has a natural ability to understand the needs of both clients and colleagues. She believes every client deserves to feel heard, understood, and supported as they make important financial decisions. She enjoys developing systems and processes that make it easier for clients to navigate their financial journey with confidence. One of the most rewarding parts of her work is seeing clients experience the peace of mind that comes from having a thoughtful plan for the future.
Lorita and her husband, Nicolas, enjoy leading Premier Financial Group together while raising their two children. Outside the office, they serve as teen leaders at their church and enjoy traveling, attending sporting events, trying new restaurants, and spending time together as a family.
