Silas began his financial planning career in 2019 and joined Columbia Crest Financial Advisors the same year. A lifelong resident of Lewis County, Silas is passionate about helping individuals and families make informed financial decisions and build confidence in their future.
Before entering the financial services industry, Silas spent two years teaching in Morocco, an experience that broadened his perspective and deepened his appreciation for different cultures and communities. He has always enjoyed traveling and has visited Spain, Mexico, Japan, and Alaska, experiences that continue to shape his understanding of the diverse goals and backgrounds of the people he serves.
Silas and his wife, Stephanie, have been married since 2015 and are proud parents of five children. Their family is at the heart of everything they do, and Silas treasures the joy, laughter, and adventures that come with raising a busy household. Family has always played a central role in his life, having grown up as one of ten children.
Outside the office, Silas serves as the head Taekwondo instructor at Centralia College and occasionally volunteers his time teaching self-defense classes in the community. He enjoys learning languages, is conversational in Spanish, and has studied Arabic. Silas and Stephanie also host an annual Highland Games gathering at their home, bringing together friends, family, and community for a day of fellowship, friendly competition, and lasting memories.
