John C. Goodson

I consider myself a man of vision and faith. It is my goal to help my clients approach their financial health with a holistic perspective. I believe in and practice the principles of Lifevesting passionately. It is essential to consider all aspects of a client’s life to construct and maintain a financial plan that grows with their needs and goals. My financial career began in 1992.

I serve my community through the Sewanee Business Alliance, Board of Housing Sewanee, Sewanee Civic Association and Franklin County Chamber of Commerce. I am the past president of Monteagle-Sewanee Rotary and Cowan Lions Club. I am a member of The Episcopal Parish of St. Mark and St. Paul on the Mountain.

Family

My family has called Sewanee home since 1994 alongside several horses, cats, dogs and a champion German Shepherd named Ponto, in honor of my great-great grandfather General Edmund Kirby-Smith’s canine companion during the Civil War.
