Allen Frost

Allen Frost is a Financial Representative based in Shreveport, Louisiana, where he is committed to helping individuals and families work toward their financial goals with confidence and clarity. His interest in financial services began after college when he learned to trade derivatives, sparking a lasting fascination with the financial markets and investment strategies

Allen attended Nicholls State University, where he studied Biological Sciences with a concentration in pre-Medicine. While his academic path initially pointed toward healthcare, his passion for the markets ultimately led him into the financial services industry.

Before joining Ashford Advisors, Allen built a diverse professional background that strengthened his communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills. He served as a Lead Sales Representative with Republic National Distributing Company for three years and previously worked with Premier Catering & Events, Inc. for two years. Earlier in his career, he spent four years as a Student Laboratory Assistant at Nicholls State University, gaining valuable experience in research and attention to detail.

Originally from Thibodaux, Louisiana, Allen values hard work, family, and personal growth. He credits much of his outlook on life to the influence of his great-grandfather, Allen Gilbert Frost, whose exceptional work ethic inspired him, and to his father, William Henry Frost, whose unwavering dedication to family continues to serve as a model for Allen’s own life.

Outside of work, Allen enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle through fitness, sports, running, and golf. He and his fiancée, Abbey Arceneaux, enjoy spending time together with their daughter, Ada, and their dog, Riley. The family enjoys theater and the arts, attending baseball games, and making trips to Orange Beach. Allen is also a lifelong fan of LSU and the New Orleans Saints and follows the Houston Astros.

One of Allen’s proudest achievements is becoming a father; an experience he considers a defining chapter in his life. Guided by the belief that “What we do in life echoes in eternity,” a quote from his favorite film, Gladiator, Allen strives to build a meaningful legacy through his work, family, and service to others.
