After 15 years in corporate travel management, Kim made a career shift in 2020 to become our Client Relations Coordinator. She earned her associate’s degree from Hamilton College and is also a notary public.
Kim is your first point of contact when you call, email, or come into the office. She loves people and making people feel welcome. Her primary responsibilities include scheduling client meetings, handling incoming calls and emails, and maintaining our client management systems and files. She also assists Joyce and takes care of all the general office duties that keep things running smoothly.
In her spare time, Kim enjoys crocheting and gardening. She is the official green thumb of the office, making sure that all the plants are well-nourished! She also loves scouting out her local Aldi® grocery store for bargains.
Kim grew up in Evansdale and has two sons. She lives in Waterloo with her Shih Tzu named Cow.
