Jeani Fink joined Midlands Financial in 2026, where she helps serve clients throughout the Northwest. She is passionate about empowering individuals, families, and small business owners to make sound financial decisions and feel confident about their financial future.
In addition to her work with Midlands Financial, Jeani has her own financial advisory practice in Lake Oswego, where she works with her father, Tom Fink. Together, they bring a combined 55 years of financial services experience and a shared commitment to building trusted, long-term relationships with their clients.
Experience
Jeani brings a diverse background in financial services, business, and client service to her advisory practice. Her professional experience includes Capital Group/American Funds and Fisher Investments. She also founded Compass Rose Acupuncture and practiced as an acupuncturist for twelve years in San Francisco. These experiences have shaped her thoughtful, relationship-focused approach to working with clients and understanding their individual goals.

Personal
After spending more than 20 years in San Francisco, Jeani returned to Portland to be closer to family and continue building her advisory practice. During the spring, she enjoys coaching tennis at her alma mater, St. Mary's Academy.
Outside of work, Jeani is an avid runner, tennis player, hiker, and world traveler.
