With a strong focus on organization, communication, and relationship management, Grace helps ensure day-to-day operations run efficiently while delivering a positive client experience. She is known for her collaborative approach and commitment to helping clients and colleagues achieve their goals. Grace works closely with advisors and team members to coordinate client needs, manage administrative processes, and support ongoing business initiatives.
Grace attended the University of Notre Dame where she earned an M.S. In Management from the Mendoza College of Business in 2024 and a B.S. in Neuroscience & Behavior in 2023. While at Notre Dame, she wrote a thesis on her research about stress’s impacts on aging adults. She was also active in several organizations, namely serving as President of the Master of Science in Management Association. Prior to joining the FWP Group, Grace worked as a Research Coordinator II at the Cleveland Clinic, where she ran clinical drug trials in pulmonary hypertension in the Integrated Hospital Care Institute. Working with large data sets helped Grace hone her strong attention to detail, while her time with chronically ill patients allowed her passion for providing personalized care and advocacy to shine.
As a Client Assistant, she takes pride in providing exceptional support to both clients and team members, bringing a positive attitude, and a genuine joy for helping others. She enjoys building meaningful relationships and helping people feel confident and supported every step of the way. She loves finding ways to make processes smoother, solve problems, and create a welcoming experience for everyone she works with.
When she's not helping clients and supporting her team, Grace enjoys swimming, watching sports (specifically women’s basketball and football), spending time with family, and traveling. Her goal is simple: make a positive difference in the lives of the people she meets every day.
