Meet Heidi Janiszewski, Client Services Representative

This month, we’re excited to feature Heidi Janiszewski, one of our Client Services Representatives whose warmth, patience, and smile set the tone the moment you walk through our doors or call our office.

💼 The Heart of Client Experience

If you’ve ever called us or stopped by the office, chances are Heidi was one of the first people to greet you — and that’s exactly how she likes it.

Heidi’s role is fast-paced and multifaceted. On any given day, she answers phones, welcomes clients, schedules appointments, processes paperwork and checks, assists with contributions and distributions, relays messages to advisors… and always does it with a smile.

For Heidi, the most rewarding part of her job is simple but powerful:

“Knowing a client or prospect walks away feeling happy and well taken care of.”

She understands that financial topics can feel overwhelming and confusing — and she takes pride in helping clients feel at ease, informed, and supported every step of the way.

🌱 Always Learning, Always Helping

What Heidi loves most about working with us is that no two days are ever the same.

“It is never boring! There is always something to do, something to learn, and something to share,” she says.

While the work can sometimes feel overwhelming — especially when processes don’t always seem logical — Heidi finds deep satisfaction in those moments when everything clicks and clients leave feeling confident and reassured.

Her secret to success? Patience and being a good listener — qualities that make a world of difference in client service.

🏡 Roots, Family & Full-Circle Moments

Heidi’s story is deeply rooted in the community she serves. She grew up in Oak Creek, moved to St. Francis after getting married, and eventually found her way back home to Oak Creek — now living in the very house her parents built when she was just five years old.

Family plays a central role in Heidi’s life. She has been married for 42 years, is the proud mom of three grown daughters, has two sons-in-law, and absolutely loves her role as Grandma to her almost 10-year-old grandson.

She and her husband also share their home with two dogs, and she treasures the fact that her family visits often and values time together as much as she does.

🌸 Life Outside the Office

When Heidi isn’t at the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, baking, traveling, gardening, walking, and sharing meals — whether it’s lunch or dinner out with friends.

She was born in California while her father was temporarily transferred for work, but Wisconsin has always been home. One person she wishes she could sit down and talk with again is her mom, who passed away when Heidi was young.

“There are so many things I’d love to ask her,” Heidi shares.

A phrase that has helped her and her family through difficult moments still guides her today:

“Don’t let anyone rain on your parade.”

Some of Heidi’s favorite local spots include Jalapeño Loco, Botanas, DeMarini’s, and Barnacle Bud’s — perfect picks for good food and good company.

If you asked her friends to describe her, three words would come up quickly:

“They are like a second family — which is important, seeing I spend more time with them during the week than my own family.”
