Lupe has been serving individuals and families for 20 years. A CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, she sees her role as helping clients navigate the turning points in their lives as natural transitions, both planned and unplanned, occur. Lupe takes the time to know and understand her clients well to be a proactive and responsive thinking partner and advocate.
She is passionate about being a financial planner and takes the time to understand and connect with her clients. She especially enjoys the first meeting.
“I always enjoy that first meeting with a client. I think it’s my natural curiosity about people,” Lupe spoke about her favorite part of the job. “I want that first meeting to be one where people are relaxed and they just want to have a conversation, like a cup of coffee with a friend.”

She has earned a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University, master’s in business administration degree from the University of Texas - Austin, the Certified Financial Planner® certification, and the Registered Social Security Analyst (RSSA®) designation.
- Wellness: Beyond the numbers, Lupe supports clients’ overall wellness and keeps the conversation on all aspects of life that will support well-being and happiness. This is an important aspect of all life transitions.
Lupe’s strong leadership and service orientation has led her to devote her time, talent, and treasures to non-profit organizations. She currently sits on the national board of Girl Scouts of the USA. She also served as board chair of her local Girl Scout council, AZ Cactus Pine Council, and board chair for the Friends of the Tempe Public Library. Her work has been recognized by the Invest in Others (IiO)Foundation 2023 Catalyst Award Honorable Mention, ThinkAdvisor 2023 Luminaries finalist, and AZ Big Media in Leaders to Watch 2021.
