Jason Oshins, MBA, CExP™
Wealth Management Advisor
Jason Oshins is a Wealth Management Advisor and Certified Exit Planner (CExP™) with WestPac Wealth Partners, a nationally recognized wealth management firm. He works with business owners, executives, and families across the country, helping them navigate the financial decisions that matter most with a clear, coordinated plan. Jason has been named by Forbes one of Nevada’s Best-in-State Top Financial Security Professionals.*
As a Certified Exit Planner, Jason steps in when a business owner stops asking “How do I keep this running?” and starts asking “How do I walk away from this the right way?” Sometimes that means handing the reins to a trusted employee or the next generation; sometimes it’s a sale to an outside buyer; sometimes it’s committing to a few more years of intentional growth to command a bigger number at the finish. What he emphasizes is early, strategic thinking: get the structure right, keep the tax bill in check, and make sure the value trapped inside the business is realized and ends up where it belongs.
For every client, the work comes down to the same arc: building wealth, using it well, and keeping it intact. Jason helps clients across all three areas - structuring how money is accumulated, accessed and enjoyed, and ultimately passed down so that a lifetime of effort isn’t eroded by taxes, inflation, or the events no one sees coming. The goal is simple to say and hard to do: create healthy, uninterrupted cash flow that lasts a lifetime.
Jason earned his MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business in Ann Arbor. Before moving into wealth management, he worked as a management consultant in the corporate strategy practices of PricewaterhouseCoopers and Capgemini and as a brand strategist with Sterling Brands, spending much of his career in New York and Los Angeles. Those roles taught him that people are often
too close to their own situations to see them clearly, and that an advisor’s true job is to bring both outside perspective and clarity to complex decisions.
Jason is widely published nationally and locally on the topics of estate planning, business planning, investments, insurance, and retirement. He is a member of the Vegas PBS Planned Giving Council, former President of the Southern Nevada Estate Planning Council, and former President of the Gift Planning Advisors. Outside of work, Jason is happiest spending time with his wife, Robin, and their two children, Katie and Spence. He and Robin are also longtime volunteers with the Miracle League and coach a Miracle League team each week. He enjoys writing and recording music, playing tennis and pickleball, and rooting for the New York Yankees, Michigan Wolverines, and San Antonio Spurs.
