Dylon joined Baird in May of 2024 where he began as an intern for the Evansville branch. During this time, Dylon worked closely with the Schutz Perigo Group and chose to extend his internship to further assist and learn from the group. He then received a Bachelors of Science in Finance from the University of Southern Indiana in the Spring of 2025. After graduation, Dylon became an official member of the Schutz Perigo Group. Dylon is passionate about helping others and has the goal of becoming a financial advisor. He enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, meeting new people, reading, and learning new things.
