Melissa joined the FSV team in March of 2026 as the receptionist. She has been working in customer service for nearly 30 years in various departments such as law, human resources, and management.
Originally from New Jersey, Melissa has lived in Richmond for most of her life. She attended J.R. Tucker High School where Drama was her focus. A lover of the arts, she got her start in theater managing a dinner theater here in Richmond.
Outside of the office, Melissa enjoys watching movies and binge-watching TV shows. She also enjoys reading, painting and photography.
