Kristen Shatz

Kristen Shatz brings nearly two decades of experience in the finance and insurance industry to her role as Assistant to Financial Advisor Aaron Niederman*. Beginning her career in 2007 on the carrier side as an underwriter, Kristen spent 15 years building a deep understanding of insurance operations before transitioning to the client side in 2022. Her well-rounded industry background, paired with active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses, allows her to deliver informed, dependable support to clients every day.

At MARG, Kristen’s mission is to provide efficient, thoughtful service that helps clients feel confident and supported as they work toward their financial goals. She is committed to creating a seamless client experience by leveraging her strong organizational and communication skills, all while contributing to the broader success of the firm.

Kristen earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family — especially cheering on her kids at the hockey rink — and relaxing with a good book by the St. Lawrence River. Traveling and being outdoors are among her favorite ways to recharge. Above all, Kristen considers being a mom her greatest accomplishment.

She resides in New Jersey with her two children and their pets.
