Jennifer Valentine
Relationship Manager & Registered Assistant
Jen joined our team in 2024 as our Relationship Manager. She brings over 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship, business operations, and leadership. Her role is to build strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving financial needs. She graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in Accounting and a minor in Management Information Systems.
Jen is a Delaware native who grew up in Newark. After graduating from UD, her career briefly took her to Philadelphia, where she met her husband Jerry. They returned to Delaware in 2003 and currently reside in North Wilmington with their two children, Jake and Jenna.
Jen supports her church community as a religious education instructor in her free time. She also volunteers as a judge/scorekeeper for her son’s robotics competitions and loves watching her daughter play soccer. Jen and her family enjoy traveling together and are big Phillies and Eagles fans!
Jen brings with her a passion for helping others and developing strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
