Nicholas Kayal joined Financial Focus Group as a Financial Advisor in November 2024 with a mission to help clients plan for lasting financial independence—whether they’re building wealth early in their careers or preparing for retirement. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public and International Affairs from Princeton University and holds his Series 7 and Series 66 registrations, and a Life and Health Insurance license.
Nicholas brings a fresh perspective to the world of financial advising. As someone who understands firsthand the financial decisions young professionals face, he is especially passionate about working with clients who are just beginning to shape their financial futures. At the same time, he enjoys helping those nearing retirement gain confidence and clarity as they transition into the next chapter of their lives.
He focuses primarily on retirement planning and investment strategies, drawing from both his formal training and the collaborative expertise of the senior advisors on his team. He believes that delivering value starts with understanding the individual behind the plan, and his approach is driven by strong communication, long-term relationships, and trust.
A former wrestler, Nicholas credits the sport with instilling the discipline, work ethic, and persistence he now brings to each client relationship. He lives in Elmwood Park, New Jersey, and continues to channel that same drive into helping clients achieve their goals with confidence and purpose.
