Matthias plays a key role in delivering a seamless client experience. He supports Mike and Zach by overseeing daily operations, managing client inquiries, and streamlining administrative tasks. With an added focus on organization and efficiency, Matthias helps optimize workflows within CRM and integrates Baird 360 Wealth solutions to enhance client engagement.
Matthias graduated from Marquette University in 2023 with a degree in Finance and Business Economics. He began at Baird in 2022 as an intern and spent over two years in PWM Operations before joining Mike and Zach in early 2025. Matthias is a FINRA registered representative and holds Series 7 and 66 licenses.
