She grew up in La Vista, graduated from Papillion-La Vista High School, and has a fun hometown fact—she has lived on or near
Harrison Street her entire life!
Karren began her professional career in customer service, where she learned the importance of listening, solving problems, and making every interaction a positive one. In November 2017, she
transitioned into the financial services industry with Edward Jones. During her first nine months, she supported three different financial advisors, quickly learning how to adapt to new personalities, workflows, and client expectations.
In July 2023, Karren joined Soar Wealth Strategies, where she once again embraced change with confidence. She quickly adapted to a new environment while supporting multiple financial advisors and their clients. Today, she plays an essential role in helping our office run smoothly while delivering the personalized service our clients deserve. One of Karren's greatest strengths is her ability to stay organized and task-oriented in a fast- paced office. Working alongside four financial advisors, each with their own communication style, priorities, and personality, requires flexibility, attention to detail, and exceptional
communication. Karren has a unique ability to keep everything moving while ensuring every client feels like they are her top priority. For Karren, client service is about more than completing tasks; it's about building trust. She believes in setting clear expectations, developing meaningful relationships, and being accessible and responsive whenever clients need assistance. Her goal is simple: to make every client feel heard, valued, and confident that someone is always looking out for them.
Outside of the office, family is at the center of Karren's life. She has been married to her husband, Chuck, for 21 years, and the two have shared life together for approximately 26 years. They are proud parents to Richard and Leah and cherish every opportunity to spend time with their three grandchildren—Ethan (10), Ella (8), and Isaac (7). Their family also includes daughter-in-law Paige and two energetic dogs, Kane and Maci, who always keep life entertaining.
