Jason has over 15 years of experience of high-level leadership positions across a broad range of insurance and financial services markets. He has deep experience working with publicly traded companies, business owners and high net worth individuals. Jason was presented with an opportunity to transform Equitable Advisors footprint in the business marketplace in Southern California. He was promoted to Vice President of Equitable Advisors of Southern California Century City Office.
During his tenure in the financial services industry Jason has held several senior leadership positions. He has formerly been the Head of Sales of the AXA Advisors Employee Benefits Group, Regional Vice President of Employee Benefits for AXA Advisors, Managing Partner of The Business Strategies Group of LI, and he is also the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Gold Sky Benefits LLC.
Early in his career at the young age of 21 Jason was promoted to Vice President and at the time was the youngest Vice President in company history. He was hand selected to open the Brooklyn, New York offices. After managing the Brooklyn offices for several years, he was asked to help launch the benefits product portfolio. He was on the front lines of corporate sales strategy and development of the underwriting philosophy. This division is now one of Equitable’s strongest business lines, producing hundreds of millions of dollars in annual premiums.
Jason relocated to Brentwood, Los Angeles California from New York City, where he resides with his wife and daughters ages 1 and 2. He has been recognized among NLF, MDRT, MLA and is an active member of NAHU, NAPEO and has been a member of CIAB.
