After earning his bachelor’s degree in business from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin, John joined his current broker dealer, now Equitable Advisors in 2017. Driven by his desire to provide clients with comprehensive wealth management strategies, John quickly grew a successful financial practice. In addition to helping individual clients, John provides guidance to a growing portfolio of over 700 educators regarding their retirement planning needs. John takes a holistic approach when helping his clients create a cohesive strategy designed to achieve their financial goals, while helping plan for the unexpected and instilling confidence about their future.
John enjoys managing a team of financial professionals in Los Angeles that works seamlessly and prides itself on teamwork, motivating and inspiring each other, delivering top-notch service to clients, and cultivating an unbeatable team culture. In addition to focusing on helping his team build a successful planning practice, John also leverages his immense client base for his team to network and earn joint work opportunities.
On the weekends, John enjoys being outdoors hiking or snowboarding, hitting the beach with his French bulldog, Rusko, or watching college and professional football. He is a die-hard Texas Longhorn fan and thoroughly enjoys when Texas beats Oklahoma (OU) in any metric measurable.
