    Our services are available in both a fee-for-service format and a total retirement plan service format.

    • Fee-for-service: You select the service or combination of services that is appropriate for your situation.
    • Total retirement plan service: We act as your plan consultant and are compensated with asset-based fees and/or commissions.
  • Conversion and Ongoing Services

    We can assist in coordinating all aspects of your new retirement plan’s conversion and installation. We continue to help you maximize the effectiveness of your retirement plan on an ongoing basis. We monitor your satisfaction with the plan regularly and adjust as necessary.

    We focus on the critical areas of investments, fiduciary responsibilities and employee education.

  • ERISA Fiduciary Services
    1. Review the investment objectives, risk tolerance and goals of the plan. Review the Investment Policy Statement (IPS) with the sponsor to verify it for consistency with plan objectives. If there is no IPS, we can assist in the implementation.
    2. Provide recommendations to select and monitor the designated investment alternatives
      • Assist Plan Fiduciary to select investment options
      • Provide Assistance to Plan Fiduciary to monitor and/or replace investment options
    3. Provide recommendations to select and monitor the qualified Default Investment Alternatives (QDIA)
      • Assist Plan Fiduciary to select QDIA
      • Provide Assistance to Plan Fiduciary to monitor and/or replace QDIA
    4. Provided recommendations to select and monitor investment managers.
