A few operational reminders, as we navigate the coronavirus situation:
We want to thank everyone who joined us yesterday afternoon for our conference call. During the call, Mike and Jeff provided their views and analysis of how the novel coronavirus is impacting the global financial markets and economy as a whole. Also, they briefly discussed current business operations and portfolio management during this time period. We remind everyone who has specific questions regarding their accounts, that we can be reached any time by phone or email. In case you missed the call, and would like to watch a recording, please reach out directly to Ethan Misour at email@example.com and he’ll be able to provide a video link of the call.
Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns moving forward
We wanted to take this opportunity to update you on our response to coronavirus. This is a fluid situation, and we are committed to keeping you posted on our business continuity plans and any decisions that may impact our valued clients.
First and foremost, we want to assure you that we will continue operating in our capacity as your financial advisor, and continue to be available by phone and email to meet your ongoing financial needs.
Effective next week, we are asking that clients avoid coming to our office in person; particularly clients who are older or who may have health issues. We believe that this will be a temporary measure, and expect to return to normal operations soon. A member of our staff can be available to come to our local clients in the event that a personal meeting is necessary. We will also be happy to overnight urgent documents to expedite service for you.
Should we be directed by circumstances to work away from our office, we have a contingency plan in place to continue our business with each of our staff working from their respective homes. In this case, when you call our office, you will be greeted by a digital phone attendant that will offer you phone extensions to reach each member of our staff.
In the coming days, we will continue to provide heightened communication on these evolving events, and we encourage you to contact us if you are concerned or have questions.
