Andrea Wilson has been helping clients enhance their financial futures since 1994. Her key to success is her personalized approach in assisting clients with a broad range of financial needs.
“My mission is to become the primary, longstanding, trusted advisor that clients turn to for financial advice. I build relationships with people by listening to and understanding their concerns and dreams. My commitment to ongoing education gives me the insight to work with clients throughout their lifetimes, providing them with knowledgeable and objective advice to help them adapt to changes in both the economic climate and their lives.”
Andrea’s extensive education includes a Master of Science Degree in Personal Financial Planning (MSPFP). She earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Temple University, graduating cum laude. Andrea also has earned the designations of Master Planner Advanced StudiesSM or MPAS® and Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM or CRPC® from the College for Financial Planning. She also obtained the Certified Retirement Counselor or CRC® designation from the International Foundation for Retirement Education®. Each designation required advanced coursework in investments, plan design, income management, and various other retirement planning issues. Maintaining each designation demands that periodic continuing education requirements be met to keep current with the increasingly complex challenges facing today’s retirees. These designations also require Andrea to adhere to the College for Financial Planning’s Standards of Professional Conduct and the International Foundation for Retirement Education’s Code of Ethics. She maintains the following securities registrations with LPL Financial: General Securities Representative license (Series 7), a Uniform Securities Agent State Law license (Series 63), a Uniform Investment Adviser Law license (Series 65) and a General Securities Principal license (Series 24).
In addition to education and experience, Andrea brings to clients her independence, problem solving skills and compassion. After working for a national financial services corporation from 1994-2007, she founded her own company to avoid corporate pressures of having to recommend certain financial products or meeting sales quotas. As an independent consultant, she has the freedom to suggest financial strategies that are driven strictly by her clients’ needs and best interests.
Due to her services, Andrea has built a loyal following of clients. Her practice continues to flourish thanks to her clients’ recommendations to friends, family members and business associates.
